800 years ago, the last Inquisitor hunted a great dragon...
It's about time we get a DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition (DAI) (...not that I've managed to finish this huge game yet anyway)!
Here's the description provided by EA Games behind this new DLC.
Discover the fate of the last Inquisitor and the powerful dragon he hunted. Enter an overgrown wilderness filled with Avvar, fiercely independent hunters who settled in the southern mountains of Thedas. Explore their culture to uncover what happened to the last Inquisitor and the dragon he pursued. Find an ancient Tevinter fortress that hides a dangerous secret. In this new adventure, playable within the Dragon Age: Inquisition campaign, you will face powerful foes, gain legendary armor and weapons, and confront an ancient god of war bent on destroying the world.
The new DLC boasts of containing:
- New adventures, whereby you will be set on a path to discover the fate of the last inquisitor
- New area - there's a whole new area in Thedas that contains gloomy forests and mountaneous regions.
- New allies - As you bring down an ancient cult in this new DLC, you'll be making new friends too. The many clans of Avvar are proven vicious hunters and worthy combatants and they would make good allies - just try not to get too offended by their opinion of your character though... they generally look down on heretical lowlanders.
This DLC promises to fill tens of hours of your time, so it's pretty much worth the price. Do head on over to EA's Origin to check it out!
