Infinite Crisis, the exciting new superhero-themed MOBA, was launched in North America and Europe barely 24 hours ago!
It features the familiar iconic superheroes that we all know and had, at least once, aspired to be since we're young from the DC Comics Multiverse, including Batman, The Flash and Superman. Let's not forget about the villains that made the story so much more interesting as well, such as the Joker, Harley Quinn, and Doomsday.
Each of these champions can be separated into unique roles, such as blaster, enforcer, marksman and cruiser (some of these names may sound familiar if you've played Marvel: Avengers Alliance... and yes, I know that some people consider it sacrilege for comparing these two comic giants). They deal damage depending on slightly different stats as well - unlike the usual strength, intelligence and agility, the champions in Infinite Crisis uses attack, power and hybrid instead!
The best and perhaps the most unique part in this game is the stolen power feature. Can you imagine giving the Joker the strength of Superman or even giving Batman the speed of the fastest man alive, The Flash? It's simply amazing how you can customize your champion to fit on your play style, although the final 'build' may feel like a jumbled mix of super powers that are all in the wrong body. Anyhow, each champion can have 2 different stolen powers and you can supplement your champions using augments, mods and artifacts too!
Another interesting feature in Infinite Crisis is that players are able to shape their environment, by destroying it using a variety of means, in order to benefit their team. For instance, you can call down meteors to change the map by peppering it with huge craters or tear down entire structures as you fight your villains across Gotham City (or Coast City). Awesome, right?
